Our manufacturing facility has the capacity to produce 50 Tonnes per week for heavy structures. This is achieved by highly optimised processes to feed raw materials through a production line and laser profiling of plates which reduces production times and margin for error. All our welding activities are carried out by our qualified coded welders.
Due to expansion, we are in the process of acquiring a new facility to increase out output and to offer an increased range of materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, alloy steels and much more.
Due to the reactive needs of many of our Clients in the industries like Airport, Water Supply, Studios, etc… we have developed an excelled supply chain with steel stockholders, powder coaters, galvanizers, wet painting applicators, etc… to get the things delivered in the quickest possible time to meet our Client’s schedule requirements. We can also offer a complete installation service including complex lifting, ancillary building works and groundworks and general M&E works via our established partners.
